There is a lot to say and unpack about racializing yourself after half a lifetime of feeling different than the way you present to others.

For now I will say, no matter who you are, you are enough. You are Korean enough. You are Asian enough. You are American enough. There's no such thing as not being 'enough' of one thing or another.

We can balance our belonging in a larger community and boldly embrace our own unique experiences and perspectives within the big picture.

I've been a lot of things. I just recently began understanding what it may mean to fit Korea into my identity. The longer I'm here, the more I understand Korea must fit in with ME.

What do you bring to this world?

I bet it's more than you think.
